STUART, Fla. (CBS12) — An 82-year-old man is accused of lewd and lascivious conduct with a teenage boy.
According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), on October 27, one of its deputies responded to a woman who said that her 15-year-old son was missing and that she last saw him entering his room at about 9 p.m. The criminal complaint says that, feeling concerned for her son, she unlocked his cell phone and found disturbing pictures and videos.
The arrest report says one of the videos showed a teenager hands and feet bound with duct tape and an older man, believed to be the suspect, touching the teen. Another video showed them on the couch watching pornography.

The following day, deputies made contact with a teenager who identified the suspect as Earl Louis Hamm. According to the report, a deputy asked the teen if anything had happened while he was at Hamm’s house. The teen responded that Hamm had allegedly touched him on the leg, but nothing further occurred.
The arrest report says deputies uncovered more lewd videos of Hamm with juveniles dated September through October.
Investigators made contact with Hamm outside of his home, where he was placed under arrest and taken to the Martin County Jail, the arrest report says.
In addition to being booked on felony counts of lewd and lascivious conduct, he faces counts of showing obscene material to a minor. He remains in jail on $800,000 bond.
