July 28, 2026 – The Bar Fly seafood restaurant in Safety Harbor, at 100 Main St. Suite 101, is under contract to be sold to the Clearwater-based Frenchy’s Restaurant Group. According to a post on Bar Fly’s Facebook page, the sale is scheduled to close Friday. The establishment’s final day of service will be Thursday. The owners wrote that “Frenchy’s plans to temporarily close the location while they begin renovations and prepare to bring a new Frenchy’s restaurant to Safety Harbor.”
