Lisa Hochstein celebrated another trip around the sun and a well deserved night out Friday.
The former “Real Housewives of Miami” castmate star rang in her 44th at Japanese downtown hotspot Yamashiro, on the roof of the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences.
Spotted at the luxe party were fellow RHOM-ers Guerdy Abraira and Adriana de Moura, plus a surprise guest, “Bad Boys” director Michael Bay, who has a home in Miami Beach.
Insiders told the Miami Herald that motley crew toasted the birthday girl over cocktails then tucked into a lavish meal kicked off with caviar. Among the specialties of the house served: spicy tuna crispy rice, an omakase-style sashimi and nigiri spread, and American Wagyu bavette steak finished with bone marrow teriyaki.
After the check, Hochstein and company didn’t grab an Uber — they headed to 400 Vinyl Room, an intimate late-night lounge next door.
“They definitely weren’t ready to call it a night,” a source told us. “Lisa was surrounded by friends, everyone was in a celebratory mood, and the drinks kept flowing.”
Could you blame Hochstein for wanting to let loose? The reality vet has been through the ringer the last few months (edit: years).
In April, the mother of two turned herself into local authorities on a felony charge related to allegedly spying on her ex-husband, plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein. Her boyfriend at the time, Jody Glidden, was also arrested in the case, which was dismissed after they both completed a pretrial diversion program through Miami-Dade County.
After the dust settled, Hochstein told gossip page Reality Blurb that all the legal headaches caused “tremendous” emotional and financial issues for her.
“I’m tired of seeing the legal system used as a weapon in an attempt to hurt me,” the TV personality said. “I’m grateful this chapter is finally behind me, and I’m focused on moving forward.”
As for Lenny Hochstein, his legal troubles are just getting worse. The so-called Boob God got hit last week with three new medical malpractice lawsuits.
According to Orlando-based Morgan & Morgan, the doctor “failed to provide the applicable standard of medical care and treatment,” allegedly resulting in injuries to three patients who had cosmetic procedures.
“These women trusted Dr. Hochstein with their health and their bodies,” said Morgan & Morgan founder John Morgan and attorney Jack Cook in a statement. “Our clients deserve accountability, and we will fight to ensure they receive justice.”
In June 2025, the Central Florida firm filed a lawsuit on behalf of a patient who allegedly suffered complications following a 2022 cosmetic surgery.
That’s not all, folks. Last month, “Jane Doe” claims that the 60-year-old Moscow native drugged and assaulted her at his Star Island mansion in early May 2025.
Hochstein, who is reportedly dating 20-something influencer Alena Kovalenko, shot back, sending TMZ Ringcam style video of the plaintiff leaving his home the next morning looking fine.
His lawyer, Lorne Berkeley of Cooper City, told People magazine the anonymous woman’s lawsuit is “false and financially motivated” and their evidence will be presented “in the appropriate legal forum.”
So what does Lisa think about all this? We reached out to her, and didn’t get a response, but her birthday Instagram post is telling.
Alongside a picture of her looking fabulous as always, she reflected on her dramatic personal life, which began to go off the rails after splitting from Hochstein in 2022, amid cheating claims.
“Birthdays have always made me stop and reflect, but this one feels different,” began the lengthy note to followers. “Four years ago, a chapter of my life ended that I truly believed would last forever. Since then, life has surprised me in ways I never could have imagined.”
The influencer went on to say that she’s dug deep and found out a lot about herself since then.
“I’ve learned that life can change overnight. That strength doesn’t always look the way you think it will. That the people who stand by you during your hardest seasons are the ones you never stop being grateful for. And that not everything has to be shared while you’re living it.”
As a mom to school-age kids, she also realizes how time is our most precious commodity.
“It’s the one thing we never get back, and it’s made me appreciate the little moments more than ever,” the post concluded. “I don’t have everything figured out, that’s OK.”
