GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Florida ranked number one in higher education according to U.S. News & World Report list.
This is the tenth consecutive year that the sunshine state a=has ranked number one for higher education.
People with the state university system of Florida are celebrating by launching a scholarship program called “Florida 10 for 10″.
The program will award up to $1,000 to ten full-time undergraduate students at each participating university.
The University of Florida is a participating university.
Applications open next Monday.
