It’s time to get bricked.

Lego fans’ Super Bowl weekend returns to Tampa this summer, giving builders a chance to make Lego (stylized “LEGO®”) masterpieces, hear talks from winners of the hit TV show “LEGO® Masters” and purchase merch.

There’ll also be life-size replicas of Thor’s hammer, Captain America Shield, lightsabers and more. Fans of all ages can even build their own race cars out of thousands of Lego bricks to race in the race zone.

Special guests in the lineup include LEGO® Masters Corey Samuel and Christine “Tacos” Blandino, according to organizers.

Tickets for the LEGO® Show Brick Fan Event happening Saturday-Sunday, Aug. 8-9 at Tampa’s Florida State Fairgrounds are still available and start at $16.

Pitch in to help make the Tampa Bay Journalism Project a success.
