Moisture is building due to a stalled frontal boundary that could increase rain chances through the weekend.

On Thursday, there is a marginal risk for excessive rainfall through portions of east Central Florida, according to NWS Melbourne.

Rain chances are 70 percent or higher across Orlando, Daytona Beach, Leesburg and Melbourne.

Port St. Lucie has 50 percent rain chances on Thursday and Friday before increasing to 70 percent on Saturday and Sunday.

Boating conditions are poor from Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet for southwest winds of 15-20 knots.

Small craft should exercise caution in these waters.
