Competition featuring dozens of local restaurants runs through the month of August

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Local chefs have once again been invited to showcase their creativity in whipping up delicious vegan dishes for the annual Jacksonville Vegan Chef Challenge.
The event begins Aug. 1 and runs for the entire month.
Before the kickoff, Jax Cooking Studio visited us on The Morning Show to share a couple of their delicious vegan recipes:
To take part in the citywide challenge, check out the Jacksonville Vegan Chef Challenge website to get the full list of participating restaurants and their vegan offerings.
Pick any of the inventive featured vegan dishes at a participating restaurant and try it out.
Then rate and review each menu to share your feedback with the chefs and cast your vote for your favorites before the challenge ends on Aug. 31.
