New Next Level Holdings Inc., a real estate holding company affiliated with Next Level Church, purchased a 30,884-square-foot commercial building at 12501 Metro Parkway in Fort Myers for $5.5 million.
The property is less than a mile from the church’s Fort Myers campus at 12400 Plantation Road.
The seller was KMFX LLC.
Built in 1987, the building includes warehouse and office space and sits on approximately 2.6 acres. The transaction equates to about $178 per square foot.
The buyer’s plans for the property were not disclosed.
