MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld have completed a merger with Martin County REALTORS of the Treasure Coast, creating a single association and multiple listing service that now covers a five-county South Florida region and about 94,000 members.
The merger brings Martin County Realtors into MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld’s regional network that already includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, giving the association and MLS unified coverage across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, the organizations said.
Officials said the consolidation creates the most complete South Florida MLS dataset and expands the association to about 94,000 members across a roughly 120-mile corridor from Miami-Dade to St. Lucie County.
MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld described the combined MLS as the nation’s third-largest.
Dionna Hall, co-chief executive officer of MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld, said the merger “reinforces that vision” of building a larger organization to deliver “more data, more innovation, stronger advocacy and greater opportunities.”
Hall is slated to become the organization’s sole CEO in 2027.
Teresa King Kinney, the association’s other co-chief executive officer, said the deal unifies the regional market and will provide members access to expanded data, technology, education and advocacy.
Janet O’Brien, chief executive officer of Martin County REALTORS of the Treasure Coast, said members overwhelmingly supported the move and that the merger honors the local association’s legacy while offering “expanded resources, enhanced services and a stronger regional presence.”
The Martin County group, founded in 1926, brings programs including a weekly Market Watch briefing, officials said.
MIAMI REALTORS + RWorld said the combined organization now serves nearly 7 million residents through 15 offices across the five counties.
Members of the merged association will have access to both Flexmls and Matrix listing platforms, free IDX feeds from MIAMI MLS and BeachesMLS, free Supra access, more than 2,800 education programs a year, and an expanded set of data-sharing and global partnerships, the organizations said.
Consequently, real estate agents will be able to list and search properties across a unified regional MLS, potentially increasing exposure for listings and centralizing resources and advocacy across South Florida’s five-county corridor.
