Trick your mind with optical illusions at The Orlando Science Center
Meteorologist Victoria Wisniewski is teaching us about thaumatropes during Phenomena Month and how you can make them too!
ORLANDO, Fla. —
This week, we are at the Orlando Science Center for one of the final Phenomena Month activities. This time we’re combining optical illusions with arts and crafts.
You can do this at home too!
Thaumatrope templates can be found online, or you can get creative and draw your own! Once you obtain your design, you can attach your paper together with glue or tape. Use a straw or stick to spin your design to see your illusion trick your mind.
