Residents and visitors in Fort Myers can look forward to the return of LeeTran’s free seasonal trolley and tram services starting Nov. 20.

These services provide easy access to popular destinations without the hassle of driving and parking.

The downtown Fort Myers trolleys, known as the Blue and Gold Lines, will resume operations. The Blue Line runs through downtown Fort Myers, while the Gold Line connects North Fort Myers to downtown.

Additionally, the Fort Myers Beach tram will start running from Nov. 20, offering free rides every 30-40 minutes between Fort Myers Beach Public Library and Bowditch Point Park from 8:20 a.m. to 10:55 p.m. daily.

LeeTran will also implement changes to fixed routes to improve connectivity and enhance the rider experience. These adjustments aim to provide more reliable service and better connections between routes.
