Gideon’s Bakehouse fans will soon be able to complement their cookies with savory “Coffyn” hand pies.

Six Ravens Official Soft Opening Announced

Six Ravens, the new savory food concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, will soft open at Disney Springs on Monday, August 3, 2026.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, the quick-service location will begin welcoming guests nearly two weeks after operating hours were prematurely posted on the Walt Disney World website. Because this is a soft opening, hours, menu availability, and other aspects of the experience may be limited or subject to change.

Six Ravens is the second Disney Springs concept from Gideon’s Bakehouse owner Steve Lewis, who announced the new restaurant on Gideon’s fifth anniversary at the shopping district. While Gideon’s is known for its nearly half-pound cookies and elaborate cakes, Six Ravens extends the brand’s dark, story-driven aesthetic into savory food, local beer, and collaborations with other Central Florida businesses.

The new restaurant occupies the former Art of Shaving storefront in The Landing, a short distance from Gideon’s Bakehouse. Its signature offerings are “Coffyns,” house-made yeast rolls filled with sandwich ingredients and paired with dipping sauces. The menu was created through collaborations with several Central Florida restaurants, including Pizza Bruno, The Pink Salamander, Smoke & Donuts, and Red Panda Noodle.

Much of the previously announced menu is expected to be available at soft opening, with the exception of The Rooster’s Roar breakfast Coffyn, which will be available at a later date.

Six Ravens pays homage to medieval history and lore through its name and its signature dish. The name Six Ravens is also a nod to the Tower of London—and a legend of the resident ravens who still guard the tower to this day! A beloved pastry in medieval Europe, the Coffyn remained popular through the English Tudor period (early 1600s).
