Vision Marine Technologies has completed the sale of its property at 1440 S. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, advancing the company’s real estate optimization strategy as it sharpens its focus on marine technology, marina operations and long-term growth.

The disposition marks another step in the company’s previously announced Florida real estate and operational optimization plan following its June 2025 acquisition of Nautical Ventures Group. The transaction closed on July 31, 2026, with the sale proceeds applied according to the terms established under the acquisition’s closing arrangements.

The property previously housed tender showroom operations and customer-facing sales activities for the Nautical Ventures business. Those functions have already been relocated to Nautical Ventures’ Dania Beach location at 50 South Bryan Road, while operational support activities—including rigging, service, parts, logistics and vessel delivery—have been consolidated at the company’s Fort Lauderdale Marina.

By monetizing a non-core real estate asset and consolidating operations, Vision Marine is simplifying its property portfolio while directing capital and management resources toward higher-priority growth initiatives. The streamlined operating footprint is intended to improve efficiency across the Nautical Ventures platform and support the commercialization of the company’s E-Motion™ electric propulsion technology alongside its retail, marina and service operations.

“This transaction represents another important milestone in executing our strategic plan,” said Alexandre Mongeon, chief executive officer of Vision Marine. “We continue to simplify our operating footprint, optimize our real estate portfolio and focus capital and management attention on initiatives intended to strengthen our competitive position and support long-term shareholder value creation.”

The sale reflects a broader strategy of integrating the Nautical Ventures acquisition while reducing operational complexity across Vision Marine’s Florida business. Consolidating customer sales and back-end operations into fewer locations is expected to create a more efficient operating model, allowing the company to better leverage its marina network and service infrastructure while enhancing the customer experience.

Vision Marine has increasingly positioned Nautical Ventures as a key commercial platform supporting both traditional recreational boating and the rollout of its proprietary electric propulsion systems. The company believes combining technology development with direct consumer access, marina services and after-sales support provides a competitive advantage as electric propulsion adoption expands within the recreational boating market.

The company said it will continue executing the remaining elements of its Florida real estate and operational optimization plan and will provide additional updates as required under applicable securities laws.

Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and Boisbriand, Quebec, Vision Marine Technologies develops high-voltage electric marine propulsion systems through its E-Motion™ platform while operating the Nautical Ventures retail, marina, service and delivery network across Florida. The integrated business model combines marine technology development with a multi-brand boating platform designed to support product commercialization, customer engagement and long-term operational growth.
