Registration for Give Miami Day 2026 opened on Aug. 3, giving eligible nonprofits more than three months to prepare for Miami-Dade County’s largest annual giving campaign.

Organizations that register will receive access to fundraising tools, training and opportunities to earn bonus contributions ahead of Give Miami Day on Nov. 19.

Key Biscayne organizations enter this year’s campaign following a record showing in 2025. More than 60 Island nonprofits and charitable projects generated nearly $1 million, according to the Key Biscayne Community Foundation’s year-end report.

The Foundation expanded its campaign by 12 organizations last year, bringing its participating funds to a record 46. Those initiatives raised more than $500,000, a 58% increase in dollars and a 65% increase in donations from the previous year.

Countywide, the 2025 campaign generated a record $43.8 million for more than 1,400 nonprofits, up from $39.5 million the year before, according to The Miami Foundation.

Registered organizations also can participate in the Give Miami 5K and Festival on Nov. 15. The full registration fee from each participant will benefit the nonprofit selected by that runner or walker.

The registration calendar includes a virtual kickoff workshop Aug. 6, a session for first- and second-time participants Aug. 20 and a Give Miami 5K workshop Aug. 27.
