The Leaky Cauldron in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Diagon Alley at Universal Studios Florida has a new dessert. These linzer cookies are inspired by the four Hogwarts houses.
The Gryffindor cookie with raspberry filling is available all the time. The other house cookies will rotate with a different one available each week. This week, the apple pie Slytherin cookie is available. Hufflepuff will have lemon curd filling and Ravenclaw will be blueberry.

Almond-flavored soft cookies with assorted flavored jams of Raspberry, Apple Pie, Blueberry, and Lemon Curd
Each cookie is a substantial size suitable for sharing. They’re soft with a subtle almond flavor. The powdered sugar on top gives it a bit of a sugar cookie feel in flavor and texture.
The raspberry filling of the Gryffindor cookie has an artificial tinge and leans to the sweet side. The apple pie flavor of the Slytherin cookie is more balanced and is good for those who don’t like super sweet desserts.
Ultimately, we liked the Slytherin cookie better, but your choice would probably come down to preference.
