TAMPA, Fla., August 6, 2026 – The University of South Florida Women’s Basketball, led by head coach Kristy Curry, has announced its non-conference schedule for the 2026-27 season. The Bulls’ slate includes 14 total games and four multi-team events, ahead of American Conference play this Dec. 30, 2026, through March 6, 2027.
 
The Bulls tip off the regular season at home in the Yuengling Center against Furman on Nov. 2, as Kristy Curry debuts as South Florida’s new head coach.

Schedule Highlights:


Regular-Season Opener: South Florida opens the season at home against Furman on Monday, Nov. 2.
Opening Weekend Showcase: The Bulls travel to Nashville, Tenn. to face Belmont (Nov. 6) and Rhode Island (Nov. 8) as part of the new Multi-Conference Opening Weekend Showcase, a partnership between the American Conference, Atlantic 10, Ivy League and Missouri Valley Conference.
Home Slate: The Bulls host six non-conference games at the Yuengling Center, including Furman (Nov. 2), FIU (Nov. 15), Binghamton (Nov. 18), UAPB (Dec. 1), Morgan State (Dec. 4) and Longwood (Dec. 15).
Road Test: South Florida travels to Florida on Thursday (Nov. 12).
Multi-Team Events: The non-conference slate features four tournaments already announced this offseason — the WBCA Showcase in Orlando (Nov. 22), the Paradise Jam in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. (Nov. 27-28), and the Cherokee Invitational in Cherokee, N.C. (Dec. 20-21).
