A Miami-Dade woman is facing serious charges after she was accused of uploading child sexual abuse material to her social media.
Maylin Elena Viana, 29, was arrested Wednesday on charges of promoting sexual performance by a child and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child, an arrest report said.
Viana was arrested after investigators received a tip that she was posting the content to TikTok and Instagram, the report said.
Investigators said the alleged victim is a 4-year-old.
Viana was booked into jail and on Thursday appeared before a judge, who ordered her held without bond and told her to stay away from the child.
