August 7, 2026 – In celebration of National Black Business Month, the City of St. Petersburg, in partnership with the St. Pete Greenhouse, will “roll out a monthlong lineup of events designed to connect residents with Black entrepreneurs across St. Petersburg and business owners with resources,” according to a prepared statement. A “Lunch + Learn: ‘Leveraging Media Metrics to Grow Your Brand'” experience is scheduled for Aug. 12 at the Greenhouse, at 440 2nd Avenue N., from 12 to 2 p.m. Additionally, the “Building Blocks to Business Success” panel discussion will be held Aug. 24 at the President Barack Obama Main Library, at 3745 9th Avenue N., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, visit this link.
