Hallmark is extending the magic of its first original Christmas movie filmed at Walt Disney World with a limited-time pop-up store at Disney Springs.
Hallmark Pop-Up Store at Disney Springs
Darren Abbott, president of Hallmark Media and Hallmark’s chief brand officer, announced the store during an executive session with the Television Critics Association. The pop-up will support the launch of Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True, starring Lacey Chabert and Travis Van Winkle.
The company recently unveiled a collection inspired by Holiday Ever After. The line includes two Spirit Jerseys, family pajamas, Loungefly accessories, Vera Bradley bags, Corkcicle drinkware, holiday cards, home goods, and ornaments.
Among the products are an $89.99 Loungefly Minnie Mouse mini backpack, a $34.99 Minnie Mouse ear headband, a $165 Vera Bradley Bancroft backpack, and a $39.99 throw blanket. The collection also features a recordable Disney memories ornament and a Jingle Cruise ornament with sound. It has not yet been confirmed whether the complete collection will be available at Disney Springs, but it seems likely given the early details of the pop-up shop and the direct connection with Hallmark’s first-ever Walt Disney World production.
An opening date, closing date, and specific location within Disney Springs have not yet been announced. Stay tuned to WDWNT as we learn more.
‘Holiday Ever After’ Coming to Hallmark Channel
Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True follows Lindsey, who travels to Walt Disney World with her extended family for Christmas. Her vacation becomes complicated when she discovers Philip, the man with whom she recently had a disastrous first date, is staying nearby with his own family. Their repeated encounters around the resort gradually transform their rivalry into a romance.
Chabert and Van Winkle lead a cast that also includes Richard Kind, Christy Carlson Romano, Bryce Durfee, Taegen Burns, and Asher Alexander. Patrick Renna will make a cameo.
As previously reported, the movie will premiere on Hallmark Channel on Saturday, November 28. It will begin streaming on Hallmark+ the following day.
