The full track layout of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift is now visible from the air at Universal Studios Florida.

Aerial photographer bioreconstruct shared new overhead views of the coaster after crews connected its final pieces of track. The wide angles reveal the full circuit weaving around existing backstage buildings and extending toward the Universal Orlando lagoon.

The completed layout features multiple launches, inversions, heavily banked turns, and overlapping sections of track. Its tallest element, a 170-foot spike, rises near the lagoon and Universal CityWalk, while much of the lower course twists through the former Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit site.

The new photographs also provide a clearer look at the coaster’s station and initial ride sequence. As bioreconstruct reports, it’s likely that trains will travel clockwise around the station building, and after departing, they will turn right into a future covered area that appears large enough to accommodate approximately four trains.

This section currently consists of exposed structural framing. Trains are expected to reverse direction inside the scene before launching outward toward the CityWalk side of the course. Returning trains will pass over the track used by departing vehicles, creating a stacked arrangement immediately outside the building.

These aerial views follow the installation of the coaster’s final track sections. Although the circuit is now complete, extensive work remains to be completed on the station, landscaping, and surrounding pathways.

The latest aerial angles also reveal several track support beams are undergoing repairs or replacement following weather damage and other wear-and-tear since the installation of the coaster’s older components.

Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift replaces Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, which permanently closed in August 2025. The new coaster is scheduled to open at Universal Studios Florida in 2027.
