A water outage at Boulder Ridge, the Disney Vacation Club villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, is affecting guests staying there.

Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge

According to reports from guests, the Boulder Ridge water outage began yesterday around 3pm.

Guests are describing low water pressure and non-flushing toilets. One report on Reddit says there’s “hardly any water pressure on faucets and toilets don’t flush.”

Guests are being relocated to Disney’s Old Key West Resort and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Refunds and bill adjustments are also being offered to affected guests, whether they’re relocated or staying put.

This is the second infrastructure issue at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge in recent months. In mid-June, a total air conditioning failure at the main Wilderness Lodge building left guest rooms and two restaurants without cooling for several days.

There’s no word yet on what caused the outage or when water service will be restored.
