JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A Jacksonville man is facing an indecent exposure charge following an incident outside a local gym.
Court documents allege that 39-year-old Andre Dixon intentionally exposed himself in the rear area of the Planet Fitness at 2085 Western Boulevard on Aug. 7.
The alleged incident occurred in the presence of two people, according to the documents.
Jacksonville police arrested Dixon the same day and charged him with misdemeanor indecent exposure under North Carolina law.
Dixon was transported to the Onslow County Jail and given a $15,000 secured bond.
