MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney pleaded guilty to manslaughter with a deadly weapon Monday in the 2022 stabbing death of her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, after previously facing a second-degree murder charge.
As part of the plea agreement, Clenney is expected to spend six years in prison followed by five years of probation, according to CBS Miami.
Upon her release, Clenney will be required to undergo mental health and substance abuse evaluations and complete any recommended treatment, according to the agreement.
She also will not be allowed to financially benefit from the case, per the plea agreement.

Clenney, 30, was originally charged with second-degree murder in Obumseli’s April 3, 2022, stabbing death inside the couple’s apartment at the One Paraiso condominium in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, according to previous reports.
She initially pleaded not guilty and claimed she acted in self-defense during a domestic dispute, per court records. Clenney’s attorney previously argued she threw a knife at Obumseli to protect herself. The attorney for Obumseli’s family disputed that claim.

Days after Obumseli’s death, Clenney was arrested in Hawaii and charged with second-degree murder, per previous reports.
The plea agreement was reached between Clenney, the state and Obumseli’s family to avoid a trial.
The family’s attorney previously said pleading guilty and accepting responsibility would begin the process of bringing closure to the family.
Clenney, known online as Courtney Tailor, had more than 2 million Instagram followers before her arrest.
