Popular Tampa-based coffee chain Buddy Brew is headed over the bridge.
Buddy Brew will celebrate the grand-opening of its first Pinellas County outpost this Friday, Aug. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Unlike Buddy Brew’s more standard brick-and-mortar locations, this one’s inside the Sprouts Farmers Market at 7263 Seminole Blvd.
To commemorate the event, Buddy Brew will offer $3 summer specialty drinks all day long, a chance to win free coffee for a year, and gift bags for the first 25 guests “filled with Buddy Brew merchandise, gift cards and other surprises,” says a press release.
The new Seminole spot, which is part of a new partnership between Buddy Brew and Sprouts, will offer the full standard menu of espresso beverages, cold brews, matchas, smoothies, breakfast and lunch items and more.
“Opening our first café in Pinellas County is an exciting milestone for Buddy Brew,” said Dave Ward, CEO of Buddy Brew Coffee in a statement. “Tampa Bay has been our home since the beginning, and we’ve wanted to bring Buddy Brew across the bay for a long time. We’re thrilled to become part of the Pinellas County community and look forward to serving our new neighbors in Seminole.”
Buddy Brew already has Sprouts-related locations in Valrico, New Tampa and Westchase, with more in the works.
