Good Samaritans rescue autistic child from retention pond in Port St. Lucie

An autistic child, covered in fire ants, was saved by a group of Port St. Lucie residents after he tried wandering into a retention pond on Saturday morning. The Port St. Lucie Police Department says that on Saturday morning, a group of Port St. Lucie residents were on their way to grab coffee when they noticed a child wandering alone near a retention pond.
