Over half of Orange County emergency room visit for micro mobility riders were of teen 19 years old and younger, leaders reported during an Aug. 10 meeting. These numbers reveal the rider to be at fault in most crashes as the Orlando Police Chief said most incidents involve juveniles. The city council is discussing what rules to put in place.
