GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – The state is putting nearly $200 million toward rural healthcare programs, including in North Central Florida.
On Tuesday, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the funding, which will go toward dozens of programs in Florida.
Two programs at Lake Butler Hospital will split $7 million. North Florida Pediatrics in Lake City gets $6 million, and the Trenton Medical Center will receive $400,000.
