Tuesday, Aug. 11

SOCCER

Tristen Carper, Dixon: The senior had a goal and an assist in an 8-0 victory over Trask.

Micah Roman, Dixon: The senior had two goals and an assist.

Zack Sumner, Dixon: The sophomore had three goals, including one via penalty kick, and an assist.

Aidan Teller, Dixon: The senior added a penalty kick goal.

Chance Yeager, Dixon: The senior added a goal.

Tahjii Johnson, Southwest: The sophomore scored in a 1-0 win over North Lenoir. 

TENNIS

Ryleigh Cline, Swansboro: The senior won 6-3, 6-1 at No. 3 singles and 8-5 at No. 1 doubles in a 5-4 win over East Carteret.

Madeleine Owen, Swansboro: The senior won 6-3, 7-6 (7-5) at No. 2 singles.

Madilyn Reid, Swansboro: The sophomore won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 singles.

Olivia Saari, Swansboro: The junior won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 1 singles and at No. 1 doubles. 

VOLLEYBALL

Sophia Jones, East Duplin: The junior had six kills and two blocks in a 25-17, 25-10, 25-8 win over Wallace-Rose Hill.

Karsyn Parker, East Duplin: The senior had four digs, three aces, one kill and one assist.

Emma Wallace, East Duplin: The sophomore had four kills, one assist, one block and one dig.

Julianna Barrientos, Jacksonville Christian: The junior had 13 aces in a 30-28, 25-6, 25-17 win over Ambleside Prep.

Chloe Hengst, Northside: The sophomore had 12 kills, four digs, three aces and a block in a 20-25, 25-15, 25-20, 27-25 loss to Southwest.

Mariah Jones, Northside: The sophomore had nine digs, seven assists and four aces.

Janela Somera, Northside: The senior had 15 digs, 11 assists and one ace.

Lilli Artiga, Southwest: The sophomore had 14 assists, five digs, three kills and two aces in a 20-25, 25-15, 25-20, 27-25 win over Northside.

Taylor Orr, Southwest: The junior had 12 digs, four aces and one kill.

Skylar Phillips, Southwest: The senior had six kills, six digs and one ace.

Madison Williams, Southwest: The junior had 13 kills, two blocks, one assist and one ace. 

Addy Burn, Swansboro: The freshman had 11 assists and four digs in a 25-7, 25-11, 25-6 win over White Oak.

Payton Hislop, Swansboro: The senior had 11 assists, two kills and two aces.

Reese Hislop, Swansboro: The junior had 12 kills, six digs, three blocks and three aces.

Isaiah Betton, Richlands: The senior scored in a 3-3 tie with Clinton.

Colton Patterson, Richlands: The sophomore scored a goal.

Alayna Hughes, Dixon: The junior won 6-4, 6-2 at No. 6 singles in a 6-3 defeat to White Oak.

Georganna Thompson, Dixon: The senior won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 5 singles.

Brook Hallett, White Oak: The senior won 6-3, 6-4 at No. 2 singles and 8-4 at No. 1 doubles in a 6-3 win over Dixon.

Gabrielle Huerena, White Oak: The senior won 6-4, 6-4 at No. 3 singles and 8-0 at No. 2 doubles.

Caroline Hodgins, White Oak: The senior won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and at No. 1 doubles.

Jolina Maloy, White Oak: The senior won 6-0, 1-0 (ret) at No. 4 singles and at No. 2 doubles.
