Sebastián Pérez-Bouquet pulled one back for Atlético San Luis in the 78th minute after Orlando failed to clear the ball, finishing from inside the box to make it 2-1.

David Rodríguez equalized in the sixth minute of second-half stoppage time, collecting the ball near the edge of the box and firing into the net to make it 2-2.

Aldo Cruz was the only San Luis player to miss, with Javier Otero making the save as Orlando converted all five attempts to secure the 5-3 shootout win.
