The company serves residential and commercial construction professionals, offering products and services ranging from plumbing and HVAC equipment to appliances, lighting, water and wastewater solutions.
The Ferguson announcement comes as construction continues on the Gasworx district, a 50-acre mixed-use development in Ybor City.
The office building, designed by S9 Architecture and Smallwood and being built by Moss, is expected to be completed in December.
The six-story building will include rooftop and outdoor terraces, a lobby cafe and bar, and meeting and workplace spaces. It will connect with Gasworx’s planned retail and dining marketplace.
The larger Gasworx development is expected to eventually include thousands of residences, office and retail space, public gathering areas, pedestrian-friendly streets and improved transit connections.
