TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tennessee man was indicted by a federal grand jury for arson and interstate travel in aid of a racketeering enterprise, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Northern District of Florida.
Ian Nathaniel Grice, 28, allegedly set fire to a building on 201 South Monroe Street where the historic Exchange Bank is located on Jan. 14, 2024, court documents revealed.

Court documents furthered that the building was being used for “interstate commerce” at the time of the arson.
The suspect faces 5 years and up to 20 years in prison for the arson count and up to 5 years for the interstate travel in aid of a racketeering enterprise count.
The case was investigated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDOE), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Tallahassee Police Department, along with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, which was assisted by the Florida Department of Financial Services and Division of Investigative and Forensic Services.
