JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Nothing gets Jacksonville residents more excited than an event featuring food trucks.
And we know we all have our favorites. From tacos and burgers to seafood and sweet treats, food trucks can offer up a wide variety of tasty choices.
We asked our News4JAX insiders to name the top food truck in the Jacksonville area — a tall order, we know.
In the end Japanese-based food truck Dorami topped the other contenders, including fellow finalists

Dorami passed all its inspections and began serving made-to-order Japanese cuisine in 2023.
One of its signature dishes is Onigiri — a Japanese soul food made with freshly cooked rice, a piece of seaweed paper and any other fillers that complement the rice.
You can find the food truck parked at various locations in Jacksonville and St. Augustine.
