JACKSONVILLE, Onslow County — A Jacksonville woman is facing multiple charges after an Aug. 15 incident involving Jacksonville police officers, according to arrest warrants.
Felicia Gladden, 40, is charged with felony malicious conduct by a prisoner, two counts of assault on a government official or employee, resisting a public officer, and simple assault.
Arrest warrants allege Gladden, while a prisoner, caused bodily fluid to be used as a projectile against a law enforcement employee performing official duties.
They also state Gladden kicked an officer, attempted to fight officers, failed to follow lawful commands, and refused to identify herself. She is also accused of punching another person in the back of the head.
Gladden remains at the Onslow County Jail without bond. She is scheduled to appear in court Monday, Aug. 17.
