August 19, 2026 – Pinellas County is seeking individuals to serve three-year terms on the Pinellas County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. According to a prepared statement, the group “evaluates established County policies and procedures, ordinances, land development regulations and comprehensive plan to provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) that facilitate affordable housing while protecting the ability of property to appreciate in value.” The new terms will begin Nov. 1.
