A 20,000-square-foot penthouse atop the Aston Martin-branded tower in downtown Miami has hit the market asking $75 million—including a rare multimillion-dollar sports car.

The seven-bedroom triplex has floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing 360-degree views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami skyline. Occupying floors 63 to 65 of Aston Martin’s 66-story ultra-luxury complex, the home is still under construction, with completion expected by the next quarter.

The penthouse has an art gallery, a private gym, a den, a large family living area, and a spa with a steam shower and sauna. It comes with over 7,000 square feet of outdoor living space—spread across three wrap-around terraces—and a private pool.

“This triplex penthouse was conceived as a one-of-one collectible trophy asset rather than mere square footage,” said Germán Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments, which led the building’s construction. “The value is driven by the pure rarity of scale, uncompromising aerodynamic architecture and the bespoke craftsmanship.”

Designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger Architects, the penthouse features natural travertine stone, wide-plank white oak flooring, white Thassos marble and custom Poliform Italian closets. Coto said the home’s artisan team is currently completing custom marble flooring installations, architectural lighting design and motorized curtain systems.

The climate-controlled garage downstairs has Aston Martin accents and upholstery and is already stocked with an Aston Martin Vulcan, a track-only hypercar that can sell for $2.3 million to $3.4 million. The car—one of only 24 produced—goes from zero to 60 mph in less than three seconds, and reaches up to 200 mph.

There are six powder rooms and dedicated staff quarters on the first floor.

“This project was a natural evolution of the Aston Martin ultra-luxury lifestyle brand,” Coto said via email “The goal was to extend the company’s iconic design DNA, material craftsmanship and aesthetic philosophy from high-performance sports cars into a permanent, tangible environment.”

Aston Martin’s 391-unit building, located at the waterfront intersection of Biscayne Bay and the Miami River, offers shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a two-story gym, a game center, a spa and salon, and a virtual golf course.

A penthouse on the building’s 60th floor, boasting five bedrooms across 9,000 square feet, is currently on the market for $23.5 million, and one on the 46th floor is up for $9 million. Units a the complex have an average price of $2.5 million.

The 20,000-square-foot triplex first hit the market in 2019 with a price of $50 million. Coto said the $25 million price increase reflects “the extraordinary maturation of Miami as a premier global capital.”

After the foundational tailoring is complete, “select global collectors and visionaries” will be invited to view the home, according to Coto.

“This process is structured not simply as a tour, but as a collaborative design journey,” Coto said. He said the future owner will have “direct access to collaborate with the design team to integrate their personal aesthetic, lifestyle and vision into the final finishes of the triplex.”

Aston Martin is one of several luxury car companies to put their brands on luxury buildings in Miami—others include Porsche Design, Mercedes-Benz and Bentley. Though many of them are primarily licensing agreements, Aston Martin’s design team is responsible for “every single centimeter of the building,” a G&G representative told Forbes
