Stevens Construction completes two Aroma Joe’s locations

Stevens Construction has completed construction of two Aroma Joe’s locations in Southwest Florida, one in Port Charlotte and one in North Fort Myers.

The two 1,598 square-foot buildings feature indoor and outdoor seating, an order counter, preparation area, restrooms and a drive-through. Aroma Joe’s offers handcrafted coffee and espresso drinks, flavor infusions, dirty sodas, signature AJ’s RUSH® energy drinks and all-day food offerings.

Built concurrently, the new Aroma Joe’s coffee shops are at 16400 Franklin Ave. in Port Charlotte and 18961 Del Tura Plaza Lane in North Fort Myers. Both are open daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Stevens Construction team includes Hunter Stevens, project manager; Matt Adalpe, superintendent; Spencer Hucke, student intern; and Morgan Thie, project administrator. PDS Architecture is the architect of record and Avalon Engineering is the civil engineer.
