TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A new group of children has completed the Tallahassee Police Department’s radKIDS program, graduating after spending time learning personal safety skills designed to help them navigate potentially unsafe situations.
The department said participants worked on building confidence and practiced how to recognize, avoid and respond to situations that could put them at risk. The department also credited instructors and families for helping make the latest radKIDS session a success.
