Major crash shuts down I-4 eastbound at Central Florida Pkwy

A major crash has shut down all of the eastbound lanes on I-4 at Central Florida Parkway.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 12:45 a.m. on Friday.

Troopers say people were injured in the crash.

As of 5 a.m., all of the lanes are still shut down.

Drivers need to exit I-4 eastbound at Daryl Carter Parkway.

WESH 2 has reached out to FHP for more information. There is no estimated time when I-4 eastbound will reopen.
