Sunset Kayak Excursion

Explore the mangroves around Pelican Island, watch for seabirds and other coastal wildlife, and take in beautiful evening views of the bay and Miami skyline. Flavors Beneath the Canopy with Chef Oscar del Rivero

6 p.m. Celebrate the flavors of Latin America with chef and restaurateur Oscar del Rivero as he launches Flavors Beneath the Canopy, his new cookbook featuring more than 100 recipes inspired by his culinary journey from Mexico City to Miami. The evening begins at Books & Books Coconut Grove and continues with an after-party at Jaguar Restaurant, the Coconut Grove favorite del Rivero co-founded more than 20 years ago.

Inter Miami CF Foundation Night with UNICEF

Foundation Night celebrates the club’s partnership with UNICEF, helping expand access to education for children across Latin America and the Caribbean. Volunteer for Colombia Relief

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Help assemble emergency relief kits for families affected by Venezuela’s earthquake. Join Global Empowerment Mission in Doral to pack Family Necessities, sort donated supplies and support ongoing humanitarian efforts. Multiple volunteer dates and hours are available throughout August, making it easy to lend a hand whenever your schedule allows. Volunteers ages 13 and older are welcome. Community hours available.
