New York-based National Healthcare Properties purchased the property at 1321 NE 24th Ave. from American Lending Center, Lee County property records show. Built in 2019, Atrium includes assisted living and memory care units and was marketed as a recently constructed asset with operational growth potential. American Lending Center sought the sale as part of its exit from the senior housing sector. Matthews commercial real estate investment services and technology firm represented the seller and sourced the buyer, with Noah Lindon, Matthew Wallace and Jonah Yulish facilitating the transaction.
