Sheriff’s office seeks public’s help identifying human remains found in Orange County
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. —
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying human remains discovered near the Lake Ellenor marshland.
They’re doing so by sharing photos of the individual’s items in hopes that someone may recognize them or know who they belong to.
The remains were discovered on Aug. 13.
Description
Deputies said the individual was approximately 5 feet and 2 inches tall. The person appeared to have braces.
The individual was also wearing a rosary-style necklace, a light-colored T-shirt, Hanes dark-colored underwear, size 32/32 True Luck jeans, and a black cloth belt, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies also found the individual wearing cowboy boots that appeared to be a size six. They were Dan Post Vintage Blue Wing Boots, in teal and brown, with a Masterson tag inside.
