PORT ST. LUCIE ── A new dining option is coming to Tradition as Field of Greens prepares to open its first Treasure Coast location Aug. 29, serving salads, smoothies, wraps, bowls and plant-forward meals for breakfast and lunch.
The Florida-based chain specializes in fresh, nutrient-rich dishes and scratch cooking.
The new location is a milestone for the growing company. Founded in West Palm Beach in 2003, this will be the tenth Field of Greens location, and its first on the Treasure Coast.
“Port St. Lucie is our first venture outside of Palm Beach County,” said Dan Morris, Field of Greens vice president. “This community is seeing tremendous growth, and we see an incredible opportunity to bring our fresh, healthy offerings to new audiences.”
Field of Greens is slated to open additional health-conscious restaurants next year in the Martin Downs Village Center plaza in Palm City, Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens and President Donald J. Trump International Airport.
The menu includes a variety of soups, sandwiches, wraps, bowls, vegan options and cold-pressed juices. Prices at its North Palm Beach location range from $5 for a cup of soup to $14 for its “Full of Life Salad,” made with arugula, spinach, roasted chicken, quinoa, craisins, almonds, cherry tomato, mint, feta and basil honey. They also have a children’s menu and desserts.
Field of Greens, 10400 SW Discovery Way, in Port St. Lucie, offers both counter service and takeout from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. To preview a menu, visit ilovefog.com.
