Florida Atlantic hosts Fan Fest to kickoff school year and Fall sports
BOCA RATON, Fla. —
It’s back to school at Florida Atlantic University and the school hosted its annual Fan Fest to celebrate on Saturday at Flagler Credit Union Stadium.
The plaza outside the stadium featured a live concert, concessions, games, inflatables and giveaways for students and fans alike. Fans were also able to meet all the Owl student-athletes and get autographs from all the players.
The night also included a program inside the stadium and a drone show. Fan Fest was part of Freshman orientation. FAU is welcoming in it’s largest Freshman class ever.
The Owls football team begins their season September 5th at the University of Florida. FAU’s home opener is the following Saturday against Navy.
