A suspect accused of beating another man in Miami after he said his money was stolen was arrested on Thursday, authorities said.
Ramon Osorio, 22, was charged with aggravated battery.
According to authorities, officers arrived at Southwest 42nd and Fourth Street after receiving reports of a vehicle that struck a pedestrian and then crashed into a building.
An arrest report said that there were other calls made to police that there was also a fight happening at the scene.
At the scene, officers saw the vehicle that crashed into the side of the building, the report said.
Several witnesses told officers that the driver, identified as Osorio, drove into the crash toward the building, got out of his car, and then started punching the victim in the face, the report said. One witness told detectives that Osorio intentionally drove into the victim and hit him with the vehicle before crashing into the wall.

At one point during the incident, a witness said both the victim and Osorio fled the scene, with Osorio chasing the victim toward an apartment, the report said.
During their investigation, the report said, detectives found Osorio and the victim together at 461 Southwest 42nd Avenue, and the victim was seen bleeding from his mouth, had bruising on his elbows and suffered from possible head and body injuries.
The victim was then taken to the hospital for treatment.
Osorio told detectives that the victim is his friend and that the two were both asleep in his vehicle, and when he woke up, the money from his bag was gone, and he started looking for the victim, the report said.
When Osorio found the victim, he told detectives that the victim was counting money on the sidewalk, and Osorio got mad and beat up the victim, the report said.
Osorio, the report said, refused to answer detectives when asked if he struck the victim with his vehicle or how the vehicle crashed into the building.
He was then arrested.
