ST. LOUIS — The Kansas City Chiefs and 5 On Your Side have partnered to provide free preseason Chiefs games both on air and on the station’s free streaming app, for St. Louis viewers only.
As the local broadcast home for Chiefs preseason football, 5 On Your Side Sports Director Frank Cusumano, along with veteran sports reporters Corey Miller and Zach Parnes, will provide St. Louis viewers with extensive preseason content, including player features, interviews, team analysis and coverage both before and after kickoff.

“The start of football is always exciting in St. Louis and preseason offers fans their first real look at the team, the roster, and what the season ahead might hold,” KSDK President and General Manager Alicia Elsner said. “We’re proud to bring these games to fans who count on us to deliver local coverage that captures our community’s enthusiasm for Missouri’s NFL team.”
The 2026 preseason games, which only St. Louis area residents will be able to watch, include:
Aug. 15 at 3 p.m. – Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Rams Aug. 22 at 6:30 p.m. – Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay BuccaneersAug. 28 at 7 p.m. – Kansas City Chiefs vs. Seattle Seahawks
How to watch the Kansas City Chiefs pre-season games on 5 On Your Side
The games will be available to watch on television, on KSDK.com, and on the free 5 On Your Side streaming app, but only for St. Louis residents. The app is available on the app stores on Roku, Amazon FireTV, AppleTV, Samsung, and all other streaming devices.
People wanting to watch the games on their phones must be connected to Wi-Fi, as cell carriers do not allow for the streaming of the games.
