Fort Lauderdale United FC announced a multi-tiered partnership with Amerant Bank, officially renaming the club’s home venue on the campus of Nova Southeastern University to Amerant Bank Field.

The agreement grants Amerant Bank exclusive stadium naming rights alongside prominent branding integration across the club’s youth development pipeline. Amerant Bank, which is based in Coral Gables, also sponsors the arena in Sunrise where the NHL’s Florida Panthers play.

Beyond the stadium marquee, the partnership features a high-visibility jersey sponsorship that places the Amerant Bank logo on the back of every Fort Lauderdale United FC Youth Academy kit, establishing a direct connection with grassroots soccer across South Florida.

“Renaming our home Amerant Bank Field at Nova Southeastern University represents another important step forward for Fort Lauderdale United FC and the future we’re building here,” said Tommy Smith, Founder and Chairman of Fort Lauderdale United FC. “Amerant Bank shares our commitment to investing in this community, and we’re proud to have their name associated with a venue that will continue bringing people together and creating memorable experiences across South Florida.”

Key Pillars of the Partnership

Venue Branding: Nova Southeastern University’s soccer facility transitions to Amerant Bank Field, serving as the central home for United FC’s professional fixtures and regional community events.

Grassroots Visibility: Placement across the back of all Youth Academy kits, deepening investment in local talent pathways.

Regional Investment: Expanded sports marketing alignment across Broward County and the wider South Florida market.

The move solidifies Amerant Bank Field as a premier sports and entertainment destination in Broward County as Fort Lauderdale United FC continues to scale its presence in the Gainbridge Super League and the local community.
