You don’t need a passport to be whisked away to the rolling hills and ripe grapevines of Uruguay, thanks to an exclusive wine dinner happening next week!

Miami’s waterfront dining destination, Amara at Paraiso, is welcoming Bodega Garzón as the winery celebrates its 10th anniversary on Thursday, September 3rd. Voted one of ‘The World’s 50 Best Vineyards’ and famous for its ancient granitic soils, guests can expect an incredible selection of wines from the LEED Silver-certified estate, paired to highlight the diversity and distinctive character of its portfolio.

To mark the occasion, Guest Chef Nicolás Acosta — lead chef at Bodega Garzón and a protégé of renowned Argentine Chef Francis Mallmann — will cook alongside James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz and the Amara team, including Executive Sous Chef Maite Zarrabeitia. Acosta will bring his signature wood-fired, ingredient-driven techniques to the restaurant.
