More than 300 cinnamon rolls were baked, boxed and ready to make their way to customers at the Yellow Green Farmers Market in Hollywood this weekend.

Instead, they became a roughly $3,100 loss for Roll & Dough after the bakery says a delivery driver failed to complete the ride and stopped responding to repeated calls and texts.

Julie Pierre, a college student who owns the bakery with Jovan Mitchell, said through an Instagram video the ordeal stretched on for nearly five hours on Aug. 22 as she tried repeatedly to reach the driver responsible for the delivery.
