Hyatt Regency Coconut Point

Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, an award-winning resort in Bonita Springs, near the city of Naples, is recognizing its 25-year anniversary in 2026. In honor of the milestone, the resort embarks on the final stage of its full property transformation with the upcoming spa enhancement project and is offering promotions with 25 percent off hotel stays. The updates to Stillwater Spa & Salon will complement the recent renovations to the resort’s guestrooms, restaurants, lobby, and most recently, meeting spaces.

“As we celebrate 25 years of welcoming guests to our slice of Southwest Florida paradise, this final phase of renovation represents our continued commitment to offering exceptional, modern, and restorative experiences,” said Brian Kramer, general manager of Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. “By transforming Stillwater Spa and completing our multi-year enhancement plan, we are investing in the future of our incredible property and reaffirming our promise to deliver unforgettable moments to every guest.”

The comprehensive renovation of Stillwater Spa will reimagine the guest experience with refreshed design, expanded treatment spaces, and new luxurious amenities that reflect the evolving landscape of modern wellness. In preparation for the renovation, the spa recently hired Meaghan Lannon as director of spa. With more than 14 years of experience working in hospitality and wellness, Lannon brings an impressive combination of luxury spa leadership, fitness management, and guest-focused innovation to the Stillwater Spa experience.

In late 2025, the resort also debuted brand new meeting spaces featuring natural, coastal-inspired tones with ocean blues, lush greens, and sandy beige accents. Updates include brand new carpeting, wall coverings, new sophisticated lighting including an extravagant mesh chandelier reminiscent of a conch shell, and artwork reflective of the resort’s stunning Southwest Florida setting. The extensive renovation project also redesigned the outdoor Calusa Ballroom Terrace, outfitting it with new pavers, lighting upgrades, and new integrated turf with redesigned landscaping providing an idyllic outdoor setting reminiscent of a tropical garden.

To provide a fully upgraded experience for guests, the resort completed a guestroom renovation in 2022, redesigned its Tarpon Bay restaurant and enhanced the water park experience in 2023, and rebranded and debuted Tanglewood – A Southern Kitchen featuring an enhanced coastal design and new restaurant concept showcasing Southern-inspired cuisine in 2024.

Opening its doors to travelers in September 2001, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point has been providing premier travel experiences for 25 years. In addition to its modern, coastal-inspired guestrooms, delicious dining experiences, and stunning tropical grounds, the resort offers several luxury amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay.

One of the resort’s most popular features is its private island experience. During their stay, guests have exclusive access to Big Hickory Island, which features a white sandy beach, calm water ideal for swimming, and comfortable beach chairs with shady umbrellas. A scenic 15-minute ferry ride from the resort transports guests to the island where dolphins, tropical fish, and other wildlife can be spotted along the way.

Back on the mainland, guests can unwind at the resort’s spacious water park, which includes a lazy river shaded by palm trees, multiple pools such as the waterfall pool, an adventure pool, and tranquil adults-only pool. Families can also enjoy multiple water slides including dueling slides, a corkscrew slide, an inner tube slide, and the Ciquala slide designed for younger children. For added luxury, private cabanas and daybeds are available featuring plush chaise lounges, a television, and dedicated food and beverage service.

Additionally, guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation can visit Stillwater Spa which offers a menu of indulgent treatments and luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam room, and peaceful relaxation areas. Guests can also visit the nearby Saltleaf Golf Preserve, 144-acre Florida uplands preserve featuring a scenic and challenging day on the greens.
