Pour & Decor transformed its St. Petersburg spot into a Gilmore Girls-themed haven. The fall menu runs until September ends. This coffee bar and home décor shop sits at 2210 Central Ave. in the Grand Central District. They kicked things off with a party on Aug. 15.

According to I Love the Burg, drinks include the Luke to My Lorelai Pumpkin Pancake Latte, the Babette Ate Banana Bread Chai, and Sookie’s Special Peach Cobbler Matcha. Hungry? Try the Dance Marathon Fuel Pizza Bagels or the Gilmore Griddle Breakfast Sandwich. Fall pastries and sweets round out the offerings.

Photo ops pepper the shop. Gilmore Girls merchandise from local makers fills the shelves. The Sunshine Stand contributes mini prints you can buy. A Stars Hollow-style activity passport challenges visitors during their stay.

This targets die-hard fans. You know, the ones who’ve binged the series at least twice and memorized every coffee quip. The shop recreated Stars Hollow inside its walls — that’s the fictional town where the show takes place.

Halloween takes over once this menu wraps. Pour & Decor blends home décor with these seasonal pop-ups.

Missed the launch party? No worries. The menu sticks around through September. Check their Instagram for updates.

Every item nods to the show. Lorelai Gilmore, Luke, Babette, Sookie — they all get their moment in the names.

The Grand Central District shop does double duty as coffee bar and home goods store. This themed menu signals fall’s arrival.
